Self Employed – Documents required
1. An unqualified letter from the auditor/accounting officer that states “I hereby confirm that the applicant received a monthly/annual income/drawings of R ()”, signed by applicant and the auditor/bookkeeper.
2. A detailed cash flow forecast for the forthcoming 12 months supported by relevant documents e.g. a contract.
3. A statement of personal assets and liabilities with full indirect liability disclosure.
4. Latest 12 months’ up-to-date Bank Statements reflecting the income in the financials of the business and personal bank statements required.
